1. Are your candles scented and if so what are the fragrances?
Answer: Yes, all our candles are fragranced as true to name as possible. Strawberry pie is fragranced strawberry, our beers are fragranced cinnamon and vanilla, coffee's are fragranced vanilla coffee etc.
2. Can your candles be burned?
Answer: Yes, please burn our candles! We work very hard to give you a great candle experience so please enjoy! Please note that candles outside of a container will not burn like a jar candle. Following the intructions below for burning candles with a partial container or no container will help enhance the burn.
3. Are your fake food items made out of wax?
Answer: Our fake food items are made from over 13 different materials which may at times include wax.
4. Are both your candles and fake food items available at wholesale pricing to business owners?
Answer: Yes, our candles and fake food replicas are available to registered and approved business owners.
5. Do you have a catalog available?
Answer: Do to the high cost of producing a catalog, we no longer have one available in print. Please view our online catalog for ordering.
6. How long does it take to receive an order?
Answer: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of our receipt of order. This will vary during busy periods, for higher value orders abnd orders with multiple small quantities of 1 and 2 pieces each. You should allow shipping times of 7 to 14 days depending on the state you live in.
9. Will my candle look like the picture on your website?
Answer: Our items are all handmade as you would make a bakery item in your home. Because of this designs will vary slightly but will as closely as possible resemble the photos on our website however because they are handmade no 2 items will be identical.
8. What can I do with any left over wax from my candle?
Answer: You can break up any left over pieces and place a few at a time in a tart melter. That way you get the use of the entire candle!
8. When I burned my pie slice candle it just fell flat, what happened?
Answer: When a candle is burned the wax becomes liquid. Because of this a wall around the wax will help extend the burn time of the candle. We recommend for our candles that are not in containers (including but not limited to, pie slices, cheesecake slices, cheesecake muffins, cheesecakes on a plate, brownie supreme, milkshakes, parfaits. sundae tops etc.) that you wrap the portion of wax that is not in a container tightly with tinfoil leaving only the top open for lighting. Make sure to leave enough room around the wick so when the wick is burning the flame does not touch the tinfoil. What this will do is create a wall around the candle to catch the melt pool of liquid wax as it burns and will allow your candle to burn 4 to 5 times longer! Make sure to follow burn safe instructions and the burn label on the bottom of your candle.
9. Can Fake Food Items be burned like a candle?
Answer: No, fake food items are for props and decorations only.
