TERMS & CONDITIONS
Damages: Must be reported within 5 days of receipt of package and all damaged items and packaging must be kept for carrier inspection. Failure to do so will result in no damage claim.
Returns: Returns must be pre-approved and the product must be un-wrapped and un-used. Returns must be pre-authorized by us and must be received within 20 days of order date. We do not make date exceptions. Send us an email prior to the return and we will give you a return number for the outside of the package if the return is approved. A return number must be on the outside of the box in order for the return to be accepted.
Because of the fragile nature of candles and fake food items please make sure to re-package any return items to ensure no damage in shipping and insure the package for the appropriate value. If items arrive back to us damaged we will be unable to issue a refund.
Refused items are treated the same as returns. Please see above for details.
All returns will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If any package is refused at delivery for any reason customer will still be charged all original shipping costs. Any shipping discounts given at the time of the order will be reversed. Refused
shipments will also be subject to return shipping costs of 15%-30% of order total and re-stocking fees.
Check orders: We will accept check payments with a credit card on file for security. Check payments that are returned for any reason (NSF, closed account etc.) will automatically be billed to the credit card on file. By sending a check and supplying a credit card number you automatically agree to our check policy and know if there is a problem charges will be billed on the credit card immediately.
Minimum order: We do not have a minimum order! Order whatever you need whenever you need it!
Dropship orders: Dropship orders must be placed online and not by phone.
Shipping: Candle and Fake food items are shipped through Fed Ex services and USPS. The rates are calculated from Fed Ex
rate tables provided to us by Fed Ex. Shipping charges generally run between 30% for small orders to
12-15% for larger orders but vary based on the following information collected. Rates are calculated based on
the weight of the package, the zip code the package is shipping from, if the delivery is residential or commercial
and the amount of insurance required. There is also a base fee for each package charged by the shipping carrier.
Approximate Dropship Delivery Times: Dropship orders generally ship within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. During the summer these times may extend slightly because of the heat.
If an item is on backorder we will do our best to notify you within this time frame. Please allow approximately 1 week for fake food items to ship as they require more set up time before shipping.
All orders received after 10am Mountain time count as an order for the following day. Example...An order is received at 1pm on the 1st. Shipping time frames do not start until the following day or the 2nd because the order came through past our cut off time.
Once the shipment leaves our facility in Idaho these are the approximate number of days it will take for the
package to be delivered regular ground service.
West coast 2-4 working days
East Coast 5-7 working days
MidWest 3-5 working days
Southern States 5-7 working days
Approximate wholesale order ship times:
Please allow for up to 15 days before shipping. Most orders ship well before 15 days however please plan ahead when ordering. These times are approximate only and will vary depending
on what has been ordered. Many of our products are made to order.
These items will take slightly longer. If you order quantities of 1 or 2 of several different items the order will take longer than ordering in larger quantities of 6 or 12 or case packs.
We manufacturer over 400+ candle and fake food items and just know any wait will be well worth your time! All products are handmade!
Air or rush orders: We do not process rush orders. Please allow ample time for order processing, time for the order to be made, and for shipping times.
We are unable to send free samples due to the amount of requests we receive.
Candle glass styles may vary but will always be suitable to the style of the candle.
Candle styles will vary occasionally from picture as each item is handmade but will be the closest representation possible.
Drink and beverage decorations and picks may vary from pictures shown.
All creations are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any attempt to copy or use our pictures, logos, designs
and any other properties of Sherwoods Forest and A Candle To Remember will be pursued legally.

For A Longer Burning Candle: If any or all of your candle is not in a container, wrap it tightly in tinfoil leaving only the top open for lighting. Make sure to place candle on a burn safe surface that will catch any drips. Make sure the tinfoil does not touch any part of the candle flame. By doing this your candle will burn 4 to 5 times longer! If you do not do this your candle will fall flat when burned.
These candles include pie slices, banana split, chocolate fudge ice cream split, double strawberry split, tops of old fashioned milkshakes, parfaits, sundaes etc.
Follow proper burn instructions for candles.
